Training Options:
• Hourly in person
• On-line Training - take advantage of a series of workouts designed by a trainer with your goals in mind. Rotate through the workouts on your time at your house or gym.

Payment:
Personal training sessions must be paid for in advance of the session. Payment is requested in the form of cash, check or money order made out to Smith Sports & Fitness. Hourly charges vary depending on services provided. Call us for more information on pricing at 303-929-5647.

Cancellations:
24 hour cancellation is required on cancellation of all training appointments. Lack of notification will result in the client forfeiting their normal session fee.
